Received invoices

When another business issues an invoice to you through the e-invoicing network, the authority delivers it to your access point. If your business has chosen Yona as its access point, it arrives here, with its content, totals and tax, and is kept with your history.

Reading them

OperationPath
ListGET /i/v1/inbound-invoices
One invoice, with its full contentGET /i/v1/inbound-invoices/{id}
Totals and input tax over a periodGET /i/v1/inbound-invoices/analytics
Fetch the next older page of your history from the authorityPOST /i/v1/inbound-invoices/load-older

The list filters by seller, access point, transmission status, payment status, issue and receipt dates, amount, currency, tax number and free text, and is paginated like every list.

History

The authority holds your invoices from before you joined Yona. They are pulled in on demand, newest first: each call to load-older fetches the next older page and may take a few seconds. Keep calling until the response says the history is exhausted.

What it costs

Storing a received invoice with its content uses credits once per invoice; refreshing it later does not. Loading an older page of history uses credits per page. If the balance is too low, the invoice is recorded without its content and filled in once the balance allows.

Being told

Subscribe a webhook endpoint to invoice.received to be told when an invoice arrives, then read it through the API. See Webhooks.
